Privacy notice
What happens to your details when you send an enquiry. The short version: they are used to answer you, and nothing else.
Who is responsible
This site belongs to Barraclough Carpentry, run by Max Barraclough. If you have a question about your details, call or text 07757 723205.
What is collected
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your phone number and email address, your postcode, the type of work you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message box.
There is no tracking, no advertising pixel and no third-party analytics on this website. Nothing follows you around the internet after you leave.
What it is used for
To read your enquiry and get back to you about it. That is the only purpose. Your details are never sold, never rented and never passed to anyone for marketing.
How long it is kept
An enquiry is emailed straight to Max and a copy is held for 120 days, then deleted automatically. The copy exists so an enquiry is not lost if the email fails. If the enquiry turns into a job, the usual business and tax records apply to that job.
Who else sees it
The website and the email are run on Cloudflare, which processes the enquiry on the way through. Nobody else.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It does not need a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done. Text or call 07757 723205.
If you are not happy with how your details have been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
